Lozinda is a Professional Accountant (SA), a registered member with SAIPA with independent review accreditation. She has 16 years of experience in the accounting, audit and tax industries. Since 2018 she is a director of Foundation Tax and Accounting (Pty) Ltd that services a wide variety of clients from individuals to companies. She is also the Group Accountant at Bridge Capital Group since 2016.

Craig is a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, with extensive experience in the design, development and execution of Projects in the minerals processing, industrial wastewater treatment, and energy sectors. Craig is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa, a registered Project Management Professional (PMP®) with the Project Management Institute, holds a bachelor of science degree in information technology and a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering. Craig has a strong track record in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary Projects in central and Southern Africa as a Contractor, as well as the owner’s team / developer. He has a deep interest in the benefaction of industrial waste streams and the positive contribution that such activities have on society as a whole.

Albert is a Chemical Engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the industrial
brewing, water treatment, renewable energy, energy storage and mining sectors, specifically REIPPPP and IPP projects. His expertise lie in the development of renewable energy projects with focus on the integration of technical, financial, techno-economic modelling, environmental and legal aspects. His motivation lies in the utilisation of unused resources to benefit the environment with sustainable and viable solutions as well as the optimisation and integration of technologies to meet client specific energy requirements.

Dudley is an entrepreneurial leader at the confluence of energy, economics, social impacts and the effects on the biosphere. With 40 years in engineering, finance, trading, project management and business development, his expertise over the last 25 years has been predominantly in the energy and renewable energy sector specialising in advisory on finance, strategy, analysis and regulatory aspects of the business end of energy and sustainability.

Ian is an Electrical Engineer and has extensive experience in the energy industry with a specific focus on Renewable Energy. He has been directly involved in the management of operational power plants as well as the development of numerous energy projects in Southern Africa. Ian’s experience as an engineer, project developer and entrepreneur bring’s great value to the team when it comes to the implementation of energy projects in the real world. Ian is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa, a Senior Member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers and holds post graduate qualifications in Environmental Engineering and Business Management

Energy and commercial attorney with strong practical experience drafting, negotiating and concluding the full suite of project documents for a broad range of energy technologies. Lionel is responsible for commercially focused legal risk management and contracting strategies for the business and client projects. Apart from being a qualified attorney, Lionel also holds a Master’s degree from Wits Business School (Management in the Field of Energy Leadership) and is passionate about clean energy solutions for the African economy.
